A WEEKEND WITH SUPERMAN

After a very busy Christmas activities and a short visit in Batangas for the 1st year death anniversary of my grandfather…. I found myself this morning watching 1978 Superman the movie on cable.

I have watched this film many times before, and the effects are simple and not that high tech as we have in film now. But I like it, original is still the best.

I also remembered that the movie theme song of this film is one of my favorite when I was a teenager. So I look for a video with lyric posted on you tube then I started singing this song again.

But still not free from being busy because its 2 days before christmas and not yet done with christmas shopping..... and of course preparing for Christmas Eve dishes.

Yes i know that online games are now available at some social networking site but i still spent time to play this game. Super mario brothers is my favorite computer game since i was a child and luckily i was able to download a portable mega mario game at http://mmario.sourceforge.net/.
This is a clone version of super mario brothers 1, the game is still the same with the original but with some improvement in graphics, resolution, movements and new levels.

THANKS TO K-LOVE

I felt spiritually down last night.....so i started searching for an online christian radio station on the internet. Then i found the k-love Christian Network, an online christian gospel music radio station.

Listening to Gospel music instantly heal my lonely heart. God has his way to remind me of His present even on the web.

MY BLOG IS NOW EARNING!!

I could tell that I am now certified blogger because recently I have received my earning from buyblogreviews. It’s not a huge amount but this is my blog very first earning.
I stopped posting in the past month, well maybe because of my motives at that time is to earn money through blogging...then i got frustrated, blogging is not an easy money scheme.
Yet include the fact that i am not good in English and i feared to receive comments like “wrong grammar" or "bad english command", so i stopped posting.
But now im back...and my main purpose now is to enjoy this as a hobby. I do not care what others may say or comment on my blog, as long as I can express or share what i think and what i like.
And earning money is a secondary motives, i think of this as a reward.

I enjoyed our 3 hours trip to San Pablo, Laguna yesterday... Well, of course because of the view & the wind.

Next month is my godchild’s 4th birthday, so I spent time surfing the internet for a birthday gift idea. Then I stumble to this site offering this toy, the Ezy Roller. Im a big fan of Korean Telenovela, that's why i decided to learn about their language. Though there is a subtitle but its better if i can understand what they are saying.

PORTABLE SOFTWARE FOR MY ASUS EEEPC 2g surf

Yesterday i got busy looking and converting some of my application to portable software to free my eeepc 2g memory. And im lucky to found some good application, very convience coz i can save it on my flash drive and memory card.

Here are some site that i discovered for my office application:

Abiword - a word/text application and compatible to msword documents(have this on my flash disk for back-up).

Gnumeric - a spreadsheet application and compatible to msexcel files(have this on my flash disk for back-up).

OpenOffice - a portable alternative to ms office and also compatible to ms office documents.

MsOffice 2003 - a portable ms word, excel & powerpoint ( i have this on my memory card & my default application).

Well, i have to thank to people who are responsible for this application, its really a big help for me. I will share some other on my next post.
